DESIGNATION : Lead/Principal Specialist, HRIS

RESPONSIBILITIES
The job holder is instrumental in leading and supporting the HR Digital Transformation for the FairPrice Group. The incumbent will serve as the subject matter expert and business analyst for the people systems. As a vital intermediary between HR end-users and HR IT Support team, he/she is responsible for the planning, solution design and implementing new capabilities as well as providing application and advisory support to the leading people systems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse, attend and follow-up on issues, problems and change management relating to people systems (SAP & Non-SAP)
  • Collate and analyse user / business requirements and provide recommendations with due consideration for impact on related business systems, processes and integrations
  • Provide solution advisory to HRBP, COE, HR power users and end-users
  • Provide administrative support to people systems (e.g., mass changes and designing reports)
  • Project-manage as well as facilitate end-to-end project activities not limited to requirements gathering, prototype, data migration, testing, training, change management, go-live and post-production support
  • Create and support custom MDFs
  • Deliver training to people system users such as HR end-users, business users, and employees/ managers
  • Analyse and apply necessary changes relating to periodic SF product releases
  • Any other work as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Information Technology/ Computing Science/ or any related discipline
  • At least 15 years of HRIS and related project management experience
  • At least 5 years of implementation and support experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (including Time-off), Payroll, and PMGM
  • At least 2 years of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience in the business analysis, design, development and/or support
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Position Management, Career Development Planning (CDP), Compensation & Variable Pay, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) would be added advantage
  • Understands Business Integration Builder (BIB), Application Programming Interface (API), ABAP, BADI, and User Exits custom programmes
  • Strong in verbal and written communications, analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to details
  • Team player who is both user-centric and a self-starter
