• Develop Firmware specifications and documentations for existing and new industrial safety products
• Perform Firmware coding and verification
• Develop test methodology, oversee and execute test plans
• Develop required Firmware modules and test-boards to support production, testing and qualification
• Perform failure analysis (FMEA) on a Firmware level
• Perform Functional Safety concept on a Firmware level

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Embedded Systems / Electronics / Software / Computer Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in embedded firmware
• Good competence in embedded C language, Structured Programming and UML
• Good knowledge in 8-bit and 32 bit ARM micro-controllers
• Good knowledge in Real Time Operating System (RTOS)
• Good analytical skills and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Knowledge in IEC 61508 is highly preferred
• Occasional overseas travelling for training and project meetings will be required
