NTUC LearningHub (LHUB\xe2\x84\xa2) was corporatised on 1 August 2004. Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.
DESIGNATION : Learner Experience Design Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design learning experiences in the classroom and in the online learning space by implementing practical and imaginative solutions to improve learning retention.
• Support Internal Units to conceptualize, design and develop Learning Activity exhibits for use in Learning Events.
• Utilizes best practice instructional design frameworks to design effective learning solutions which are learner-centered, relevant and engaging.
• Works with subject matter experts to leverage a variety of learning development tools to develop and deliver training that utilizes a blended learning approach including simulation-based, instructor-led, and digital.
• Apply best-practice UX and UI design to create proof-of concepts, wireframes, UX flows and interactive prototypes. \xef\x82\xb7
• Help define product direction and focus, working collaboratively with product managers and leadership.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 4 years of experience in user centered design. \xef\x82\xb7
• Professional qualification or higher degree in instructional design is desirable e.g. DACE, MAPE, MAIDT. \xef\x82\xb7
• Flexibility, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and desire to work ultra-productively as part of a team is an absolute must. \xef\x82\xb7
• 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in applying Instructional Design concepts in creating courseware for both instructor-led and self-directed courses
