Responsibilities:

Provide coverage for the portfolio of Group In-service Development Awards under the guidance of the Manager, Group Scholarships and Awards.
Assuming I/C for all in-service training matters relating to the Medical and Allied Health Professional groups
Assuming Administrator role for Company internal Awards Nomination System, as part of the larger work-group to maintain/enhance the system
Ensuring prompting reporting to key internal and external stakeholders, not limited to quarterly and annual claims submission
Supporting event management for annual Company recognition initiatives/events,
Undertaking any ad-hoc projects as part of process improvements.

Requirements:

Possess a Diploma in a Business Administration or Human Resources related discipline preferably
Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in a HR generalist or HR development-related role
Prior experience in managing scholarships, awards portfolio and IT system implementation will be advantageous
Strong in project management, planning and prioritisation
Meticulous and attentive to details
Good command of spoken and written English
Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic team environment
