Reporting to the Head of HR, he / she will be in charge of the training and development function and work closely with Human Resources Business Partners and Line Managers to develop a training framework, build a learning culture and execute on talent development and DEI strategies.Job Summary:

  • As Learning & Development Lead, he/she is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing all learning and development programs in CACIB.
  • He / She will play a critical role in shaping the learning culture, enhancing employees\' skills, driving organizational performance and advancing our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • He / She will assess bank-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Training & Development needs assessment to identify skills gaps, training requirements and foster a continuous learning culture.
  • Design learning curriculums for all career streams and deliver programs to accelerate learning for on-boarding, talent & leadership development, and bridge competencies gap to support both individual and organization\'s growth.
  • Review and recommend external training providers, and evaluate the effectiveness of courses, materials and instructors.
  • Develop and implement DEI programs and initiatives to promote diversity, equity and inclusion across all levels of the Bank.
  • Ensure the effective integration of various learning methodologies, including e-learning, in-person training and blended learning solutions.
  • Introduce best practices and innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enrich the learning & development programs and enhance learning experience.
  • Create and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to communicate training and development events and resources.
  • Direct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of programs. Monitor spending and provide regular management update on investment in training.
  • Ensure employees are fully compliant with regulatory requirements relating to their competency and professional standing.
  • Ensure that the technology and processes assist in the accurate and seamless tracking of continuing professional development and work in a manner compliant with data protection legislation.

  • Recommend and develop procedural / automation improvements or processes within HR.
  • Back up for other HR colleagues during their absence.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading learning & development functions, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
