Responsibilities:
- Organizes, maintains, prepares, and provides set\xe2\x80\x90up of training materials, equipment, and classrooms (physical & virtual) to enable effective delivery of courses
- Implements marketing and communication activities to publicize classes, engage targeted audiences, and increase attendance.
- Support employees who need assistance with course registrations, cancellations, and general questions about courses and programs
- Supports the processing of invoices and supplies corresponding documentation (such as purchase, requisitions, Statements of Work, etc.)
- Liaise with vendors to schedule courses and logistics for each course
- Conduct, evaluate and follow-up on post training assessment and feedback.
- Monitor training effectiveness of training programs delivered are current, relevant, and effective.
- Track employee participation rates in learning programs
- Provide post training reports to L&D manager for analysis and follow up actions with HR team to come up with action plans and constructive suggestions
- Support the L&D Managers in collating and conducting the annual learning needs analysis to develop the Company\'s overall Learning Plan
- Prepare and manages the training budget, tracks records and reports of expenses.
- Liaise with training vendors on training schedule, training materials, costs, venue and other arrangements to ensure the proper execution of the training plan.
- Generate training reports and tracking of programs utilization
- Provide support in end-to end learning operations (e.g. Learning Catalogue planning, scheduling and publicity) and maintenance of learning management system
- Minimum diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience or graduate with at least 2 years relevant experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prior working experience in e-learning platforms will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and effectively with limited supervision, plan and set priorities to accomplish required objectives
- Self-driven with ability to multi-task and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong analytical and project management skills
- A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
