It maintains a collegial, hard-working team that prepares you for success in work and in life.: As the Learning Content Developer, you are the primary point of contact for acquiring information required to develop thorough learning modules. You collaborate with department heads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build a solid understanding of their knowledge, which you will document and use for developing learning material. You also conduct research on topics identified as a knowledge gap, synthesizing them into coherent learning courses relevant to the organization's skill sets.You work closely with the Instructional Designer and ensure that the developed learning material is thorough and always updated.

• Collaborate with department heads and SMEs to identify relevant information to the organization's skill sets

• Document the information and knowledge required for building learning modules.

• Conduct research and synthesize information into relevant learning courses.

• Collaborate with the Instructional Designer to oversee the thoroughness of the e-learning modules and ensure that materials are updated

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Psychology or Human Resource Management

• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in learning & development and/or course development

• Training facilitation experience can be a plus

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per monthSchedule:
