Are you passionate about developing people?Job Summary: \xe2\x80\x8bAs a Learning & Development Coordinator , you will be instrumental in building a pipeline of future representatives for Caterpillar. This position assists in Caterpillar\'s formal development and recruiting program for entry and mid-level Machine and Engine, Aftermarket, Sales and Service Representatives in Southeast Asia. Learning & Development Coordinator leads the design, implementation and support of people and organizational development initiatives and practices.What You Will Do: \xe2\x80\x8bAssist in the organization of a 10-12-week training program, called MTC, across different countries.Focus on Employee Experience, ensuring participants can get optimal learning outcomes.Attend the MTC bedrock and assist with implementing continuous improvement to program and its delivery.Provide mentoring to pre field marketing representatives and have the opportunity to become a Clifton Strengths Finder Coach.Administer, coordinate, and track the Pre-field marketing representatives during their rotational assignments; assist and coordinate visa requests.Potentially support the recruiting and hiring of between 15 to 30 new marketing representatives each year.
