Job Description

  • Design and implement online, blended, and classroom learning programmes to enhance digital literacy and transformation in the Public Service.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and evaluate training content and outcomes.
Assess programme effectiveness and gather insights to improve learning impact.
Conduct research and gather market intelligence on learning and development trends.
Drive technology-enabled learning initiatives and support consultancy projects using design thinking and process improvement.
Manage projects, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in L&D or instructional design.
Knowledge of digital technologies (e.g. AI, RPA, data analytics, digital transformation) preferred.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Proactive, meticulous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Confident in stakeholder engagement and collaborative teamwork.
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Immedidate)
42 hours per week
