Location: Tampines (2 way pickup from Woodlands, AMK, Hougang MRT) Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5.30pm You will be responsible for handling full spectrum of training and development functions, including hands-on planning and executive, training needs analysis, grants administration, budgeting, etc.

You will be responsible for handling full spectrum of training and development functions, including hands-on planning and executive, training needs analysis, grants administration, budgeting, etc.

Our client is headquartered in Germany and is one of the world's leading manufacturers of wafers for the semiconductor industry.

:

• Manage a full spectrum of training and development functions
• Plan, manage and conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop the training plan
• Responsible for training grant administration
• Review, recommend and advise on all course applications to ensure relevancy to Company and employee development needs
• Coordinate training activities, conduct staff orientation training and evaluate training effectiveness
• Update training records and generate training and development statistics
• Administer all sponsorships and bonds for external short course in-house training programs, educational and professional development programs
• Manage Company training costs and budget

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to interact well with all levels of staff
• Proactive and independent worker
• Good team player and strong customer orientation
• Strong analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
