Description
- Involved in the co-development, branding of an integrated catalog of programmes for Central Health
- Work with a team to perform Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to develop modules as part of the hospital\'s Micro Learning Series (including content development)
- Supporting the development of the Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) Faculty Framework and strategy.
- Min Degree in any discipline
- Min 1-2 years of HR experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in L&D/Training
