KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement innovative and high-quality learning solutions through optimized and best-in-class learning experiences for all, in line with the business & HR needs, culture and Group learning policy

• Create unique and optimal learning experiences for all participants across regions and markets, by managing the end-to-end project process
• Facilitate and orchestrate learning events, in alignment with Practice Leader\'s vision by leveraging on multiple digital and offline learning tools
• Support the Campus Excellence Management in Singapore

• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in functions that work closely with multiple projects and stakeholders
• A strong appetite for learning and growth with passion for people development
• Openness to create and explore new, relevant learning solutions for learners\' optimal experience
• Strong problem solving and project management skillsets with an eye for detail
• Proactive, agile and organised team player to deliver within tight timelines
• Independent communicator with good networking skills
