We are looking for an experienced Learning Operations Co-Ordinator to join our HR function based in Singapore. As the Learning Operations Co-Ordinator, you will:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to design, upload, host and deploy eLearning modules
  • Design / develop e-Learning modules, digital content & video-based learning solutions in line with Toll branding and styling guide using Storyline/Articulate authoring tool.
  • Work with external vendors to obtain quotes for the new development and update of eLearning modules.
  • Perform end to end quality assurance testing of eLearning content on the LMS. Develop and document the LMS Governance framework.
  • Curate content & develop learning pathways utilising Toll’s on-line learning platform (Percipio)
  • Design and develop engaging, accessible and inclusive electronic learning materials and activities for employees across a range of topic areas.
  • Create Post Program Evaluation. Provide support with administrative tasks such as assisting with procurement processes. Assist with maintaining data integrity across Toll’s Learning Management System.
  • Strive for excellence and consult regularly with clients to clarify who requires the information, the purpose for which it is required and criteria for success.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum Polytechnic Diplomas in Information Technology or Human Resources
  • 1- 2 years’ experience in eLearning and digital design
  • Open to any industry experience
