Leasing Admin Coordinator (f&b Company)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle tenant\'s enquiry
- Liaise with vendors for Artwork and Super-impose via email
- Support Leasing team on contracts preparation and renewal
- Arrange flower delivery and fax opening form for any new stall opening
- Deal with agents for fire insurance purchasing, handle invoice and accounts
- Taking minutes for all Leasing meeting
- Maintain tenant\'s file and documentation, ensure those documents are complete
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- At least Nitec in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
- Knowledge in MS Office Suite, and office equipment
- Good communication skills, able to work under pressure
- Location: Lavender
- Standard working hours
- Salary up to $3000 + Bonus
