Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: North
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term customer relationships and provide high level of service to achieve repeat business \xe2\x80\x93 renewals.
- Be involved in the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Plan, implement and monitor the execution of the marketing related activities.
- Identify and approach potential tenants, involving networking with agents and conducting site visits / viewing.
- Liaise and maintain good rapport with the agents, related trade organizations and customers.
- Negotiate and conclude leases (new and renewals) with prospective buyers.
- Ensure proper and complete documentation for new and renewal leases.
- Coordinate with various departments in administrating the existing leases.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Property Management industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
