Developer managed wide portfolio of Industrial Properties
Great Learning Exposure for candidates who wish to venture into leasing portfolio

Responsibilities:

Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company\'s industrial portfolio
Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents
Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects

Requirements:

Degree in Real Estate / Property Management / Facilities Management / Estate Management and Building Management related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing properties
Sound understanding of the real estate industry
Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage
