- Leasing Executive
- Working Days: 5 Days
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
- Salary: $2500 - $3500
- Location: (Jalan Besar/Lavender)
- Diploma or equivalent
- Min 2 years of experience
- Responsible for all tenancy activities
- Source and evaluate locations
- Secure for new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects
- Negotiate for new and renewal leases
- Analyse in impact of renovation cycles, sales transfer and store expansions, closure and relocations.
- Stay current with developments and lookout for potential and suitable sites.
- Preparation of financial model for management\'s review
- Coordinate with project and maintenance teams to resolve facilities issues
- Application and renewal s of licenses
- Lease administration and documentation
- Establish and build good relationships with landlords and agents.
- Assist in all management level administration and correspondences.
