Job Description
Headquartered in Singapore, our client is a global real estate development and property management company.
Leasing Executive * Reach out to potential tenants and maintain tenant mix based on the decided mall theme and established by-law on restricted businesses
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retailers, new trends, current competing & new retail developments and all macro/micro data affecting the retail sector
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Develop strong relationships with a network of retailers and source for new market concepts
- Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company\'s assigned portfolio.
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
