Our client\'s portfolio includes cutting-edge facilities designed for innovative enterprises. We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team and drive leasing activities for their commercial and industrial assets in Singapore.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective tenants - Manage the end-to-end leasing process for commercial and industrial buildings, including tenant acquisition, negotiation, and lease agreements.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, asset managers, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns and events to attract potential tenants.
• Monitor lease renewals and negotiate terms that align with company objectives.
• Report on leasing activities, market conditions, and occupancy rates to senior management.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with Singapore\'s regulatory requirements.

• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent, CEA License holder will be highly favourable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, with a focus on business park or office space leasing.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore real estate market, particularly in business parks or commercial developments.
• Proven track record of closing leasing deals and managing relationships with tenants.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
