Leasing Manager
Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Secures good location of newly/constructed malls
2. Secures approved rental rate based on your business plan
3. Maintains/Builds good relationship with the lessor/mall leasing
4. Maintains good credit records with the lessor/developers
5. Have detailed monitoring of all important subjects and dates
6. Coordination with relevant departments that are involved
7. Monitoring/Observing new and existing competitors in the market
8. Attending conferences, meetings, and company/store events
9. Ensure to complete the necessary documents before forwarding them to the New Trends groupJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
