POSITION: LEASING MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Leasing and tenant function of Three E-Com & Four E-Com
Ensure tenant's support on property's marketing plan
Ensure proper handover and monitoring of all signed up leases from the store opening, day to day operation and closing of account (when applicable)
Help maintain the double digit increase on revenue by helping to increase signing up rate to market
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
Experience in Tenant Operations, Sales, Marketing or Business Development, preferable from SM or other real estate or Mall development
Candidate must be willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay
