Develops strategies that will optimize tenant occupancy of the properties in line with the corporate targets.
Coordinates with the property managers on the occupancy level of leased spaces and ensures occupancy rate committed are attained.
Submits a monthly Lease Overview report (Lease Strategy and Take Up, Occupancy and Action Plans for underperforming properties, Market Analysis, etc) to the General Manager.
Sees to the preparation, release and signing of Lease Offers and collection of the reservation deposit.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Five (5) to Seven (7) years working experience in office and commercial leasing.
Preferably with a Broker's license
Excellent negotiation skills
