Job Description
- Up to $5800 + Attractive Company Bonus
- Reputable Developer, Central near MRT Station
- Experience in Retail / Commercial Properties Leasing is a MUST
- Support and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company\xe2\x80\x99s assigned portfolio.
- Secure new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
- Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects.
- Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
