This position is within the School of Business. - Prepare and conduct lessons to students (youths and adult learners) in general business and sustainability areas as well as carry out all relevant responsibilities related to the teaching role; - Collaborate with other diplomas/schools to develop green initiatives and curriculum; - Design and develop teaching as well as learning materials in 1-2 of the following sustainability areas: > Sustainability Management > Social Sustainability > Green Governance - Initiate and facilitate student-industry collaboration project(s); - Undertake industry consultancies/projects, engage stakeholders and project partners; - Mentor, guide and advise students including leading students for local and overseas learning trips; - Design, develop and deliver customised workshops for adult learners; - Undertake additional duties as assigned (eg academic related work, student/outreach activities) - A tertiary education in business related discipline. - At least 3-5 years of work experience of which 1-2 years are in sustainability management, sustainability reporting or sustainability related industry/field - Knowledge of environmental, social and governance (ESG) regulations, guidelines and/or frameworks. - Understanding of sustainability related challenges, trends and themes - A team player with strong communication skills and passionate in interacting with both re-employment and adult learners. - Ability to perform in a fast-paced yet collaborative work environment.
