[What the role is]
We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a dynamic individual to take on academic responsibilities and contribute to department- and organisation-level projects and initiatives in areas of (but not limited to) Communication Skills/General Studies/Life Skills, T&L research, event management, digitalisation, sustainability and innovation.[What you will be working on]
- Design, develop and deliver effective and engaging Communication Skills, General Studies and Life Skills learning content to post-secondary and adult learners
- Mentor, guide and support learners in their learning journey
- Represent department in committees, workgroups and taskforces, and undertake department-level and NYP-wide initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders across NYP schools and departments in achieving learning outcomes via curriculum and activities
- Perform other relevant academic, non-academic and administrative duties as required (including accompanying learners on overseas study trips)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills for managing communication and relationships with learners, parents, internal and external stakeholders
- Competencies in digital tools for teaching, facilitation and creating learning content
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within and across teams
- Effective organisational, planning and project management skills
