What the role is:Seeking a passionate and self-driven candidate in the field of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and/or International Business who believes in empowering learners for work & life to join our team.What you will be working on:Must be able to teach and develop two or more of the following subject areas for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET): Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship, Lean Business Model, International Business Environment, Market Risk Assessment, International Operations Management, International Business Strategy and similar subjects.Responsible for module development, delivery, project supervision, assessment setting and marking for full-time and part-time coursesCoach and mentor both PET and CET learners and be involved in student development activities beyond the classroomSupport and guide learners in their holistic development, including providing pastoral care, supervision for projects and competitionsMentor learners during Internship Programme (ITP)Develop strong relationships and collaborate on projects with industry partners as well as plan, coordinate and execute events for alumni and/or industry partnersParticipate in the delivery of outreach activities to market the school and course to potential prospectPlan, lead, manage and undertake poly-wide projectsPerform general administrative and academic duties\xe2\x80\x8bWhat we are looking for:Relevant qualification in business studies/managementAt least 3 year(s) of relevant experiences in one or more of the following areas: starting up and/or managing a business, international business management/liaison, business development, partner/channel management, project managementCertification or relevant professional qualifications in Facilitation, Agile, Lean Business methodology and/or Cultural Intelligence will be an added advantageStrong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, team player, ability to meet deadlines, and able to multi-taskPassion to nurture and develop potential in learnersIT savvy and able to harness technology to enhance teaching and learningAbout Nanyang Polytechnic:Nanyang Polytechnic is committed to providing quality education and training to prepare our graduates for life and work, equipping them to contribute to the technological, economic and social development of Singapore.
