Job Description

:

• Consulting on company incorporation and managing the incorporation process.
• Government filings for corporate changes such as capital increases, share transfers, director changes, AGMs, etc.
• Drafting corporate documents including board resolutions and general meeting minutes.
• Advising on Companies Act-related inquiries.
• Managing notarization and apostille services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university (domestic or overseas).
• Proficiency in English (intermediate level or higher).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Other Information:Working Conditions

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (5-day workweek).
