Work closely and coordinate with the company's legal counsels and management team in handling legal and regulatory matters;
Review, process and ensure company's compliance to government regulations and requirements, such as permits and licenses, standards, mandatory reporting, etc.;
Handles HR and administrative cases of employees, including investigations, disposition and hearing;
Represent the company, attend and/or assist in hearings, conferences, and other relevant activities;
Corporate housekeeping and legal records management;
Perform research, study cases, prepare case briefs, position papers, manifestations, etc.;
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Law, or has completed at least 78 units in Law School;
Knowledge of and prior experience in dealing with various government offices including but not limited to SEC, DOLE, NLRC, NTC, PEZA, BoImmigration, etc.;
Strong background and understanding of labor and corporate laws, as well as various regulatory requirements;
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills;
Ability to interact confidently with persons of different rank, culture or background.
