Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for the overall admin/secretarial activities at Legal DepartmentRESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK EXPECTATIONS: Assists in answering phone calls and take messages. Assists in receiving letter communications and forward it to concerned person. Assists lawyers/legal researchers with their office activities: Assist in mailing, scanning, arrange for delivery and filing of legal correspondence to clients, RTCs, witnesses, copy furnishes and court officials. Prepare pleadings and legal documents for filing (printing & making photocopies of the documents and annexes needed for every pleadings to be filed, making of the affidavit of service and envelops needed) Calling of courts to follow up schedule of motions and hearings Recording the logged Job Request Form to excel database and give the documents to the concerned person. Performs any duties assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATION Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Legal Management, Political Science or equivalent Excellent in oral and written communication skills Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig CityJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
