Job Description
Kelvin Chia Partnership is a medium-sized law firm headquartered in Singapore with a regional presence in South East Asia. We are looking for a young lawyer qualified to practice Singapore law to work in our corporate advisory team.
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience with corporate work involving M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions as well as general corporate and commercial work;
- Good technical legal and drafting skills, with attention to detail;
- The ability to articulate well with colleagues and clients;
- The ability to work well under pressure and multi-tasking efficiently; and
- A self-driven approach and positive attitude.
