A competent attorney having a track record of handling shipping and commodities disputes, as well as exposure to and interest in the marine and international trade industries
Three to eight years of PQE, or comparable related experience, is ideal.
A qualification in English law is ideal. Common law qualifications such as Singapore law are accepted.
Capacity to obtain, synthesise, and utilise current and foundational legal knowledge
Outstanding thoroughness, precision, and focus on detail
Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
Business level Mandarin proficiency will be highly valued, but it won\'t exclude an otherwise excellent applicant from consideration.
