Formulation of contract templates, reviewing of contracts and participate in drafting and negotiation of major contracts Engage in corporate economic process of mergers, acquisitions, investments, leasing, assets transfer, bidding and tendering of major economic activities, providing legal advice to safeguard the company interest Handle all litigation and non-litigation affairs on behalf of the company, ensuring company's best interest Provide legal consultation and support to all business units while ensuring legal compliance and consistency Responsible for liaising and cooperating with external lawyers and legal advisors Job Requirements: Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Law recognized by SILE (overseas/local unis) or any equivalent professional qualification. Proficient in Contract Law and commercial and Corporate law, knowledge and experience in intellectual property will be considered priorly. Minimum 3 years' experience as a commercial lawyer working in-house or in a leading firm. Excellent negotiating and drafting skills.
