Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing of corporate rules and regulations, ensuring legal compliance. Formulation of contract templates, reviewing of contracts and participate in drafting and negotiation of major contracts
- Engage in corporate economic process of mergers, acquisitions, investments, leasing, assets transfer, bidding and tendering of major economic activities, providing legal advice to safeguard the company interest
- Handle all litigation and non-litigation affairs on behalf of the company, ensuring company's best interest
- Provide legal consultation and support to all business units while ensuring legal compliance and consistency
- Responsible for liaising and cooperating with external lawyers and legal advisors
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Law recognized by SILE (overseas/local unis) or any equivalent professional qualification.
- Proficient in Contract Law and commercial and Corporate law, knowledge and experience in intellectual property will be considered priorly.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a commercial lawyer working in-house or in a leading firm.
- Excellent negotiating and drafting skills.
