Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements - across transactions - project financing, M&A, to project development.
Advise on all legal matters in relation to the platform\'s development and transactions across Asia.
Serve as legal lead for negotiations, drafting, and critical review of material transactions and project development and construction agreements involving permitting and environmental matters, interconnection and transmission agreements, equipment procurement and project construction (EPC) contracts, as well as operations and maintenance and asset management agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with project development and operations.
Advise and manage general corporate and commercial matters
Keep abreast of legislative changes and industry trends that may impact the company\'s projects and strategies.
Manage relationships with in country counsels and ensure work is aligned to the organization\'s objectives
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years PQE, with proven working experience within the Infrastructure/Renewables/Energy sectors
Strong experience in negotiating, drafting and executing commercial contracts
Commercial minded, strong business acumen to understand business goals and strategy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel
