  • Provide legal advice on a broad range of legal issues, including tax issues, business models, employment issues, marketing issues, and day-to-day corporate activities.
  • Drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts and related documents for the procurement or provision of goods and services.
  • Negotiate, review, and draft the company's B2B contracts.
  • Update and maintain the Company's legal documents and templates.
  • Prepare legal strategies and solutions, often in situations of high risk with limited time for assessing alternatives.
  • Analyze a broad range of local and international laws and regulations in relation to the blockchain industry.
  • Engage outside counsel on complex legal issues, and supervise and coordinate all work sent to external law firms.
  • Assist in account fraud handling.
  • Review marketing materials.
  • Work closely with various departments in relation to reviewing business practices / corporate structures, developing and maintaining compliance controls, training and investigations.
  • Oversee and manage company secretary responsibilities, which includes matters relating to the Board of Directors, Management Committee, and corporate governance.
  • Actively participating in appropriate executive, leadership, and / or operating committees.
## Qualifications
  • Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
  • 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in working in-house or with a reputable law firm
  • Experience in fintech is an advantage
  • Experience handling contract reviews, drafting and negotiation
  • Experience handling employment and litigation matters
  • Experience handling corporate secretarial matters
  • Excellent drafting and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyse complex legal problems quickly and concisely without direct supervision
  • Ability to exercise good judgment even in ambiguous situations
