Job Description
Corporate In-house Legal Counsel (15 hours a week, WFH) * Review, drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts " mainly related to trading and distribution contracts. * Act as a le Corporate In-house Legal Counsel (15 hours a week, WFH) Review, drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts ' mainly related to trading and distribution contracts. Act as a legal business partner to internal stakeholders, facilitate business growth with a customer-centric mindset and protect the company's values, interests and reputation at the same time. Ability to take a pragmatic approach towards problem solving and risk management. Liaise with external lawyers and participate in risk mitigation of commercial contracts of the company Recognise commercial operations challenges and facilitate resolution with recommendations and actions Pre-Requisites: Bachelor of Law and PQE of at least 5 years Effective written and oral communication skills and able to explain complex legal issues to functional team members Able to communicate and present issues to C-level management Minimum 2-3 years of relevant legal experience in private practice at a reputable law firm, with experience in trading and distribution Able to work independently and yet collaborate with different functional team Able to hold a position and yet be committed to find a solution with different functional team
