Job Description
A global real estate company is looking to hire a Legal Counsel. The role will handle corporate and commercial work for different global business units.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to global business units on general corporate and commercial matters, which may include financing, data protection, intellectual property and ESG matters.
- Manage corporate transactions from start to finish.
- Draft & negotiate commercial agreements
- At least 5 years PQE and qualified to any of the Commonwealth Bars.
- Experience handling matters independently.
- Experience in handling multi-jurisdictional work.
