As part of the Copyright Enforcement team, you will do all the legal support to License Compliance team and will more broadly be in charge of the legal part of the copyright enforcement in Asia Pacific
You will be autonomous in his/her work, determining when on how to seek advice or support
You will more specifically draft and negotiate settlement agreements, purchasing agreements with law firms for the copyright enforcement purpose, participate to the transverse legal work regarding copyright enforcement like covering all data privacy matters, training to the local License Compliance team. You will also develop an ecosystem of professional in his/her area of responsibility (lawyers, lobbyists\xe2\x80\xa6)
You will do Legal work for copyright enforcement in Asia Pacific. Member of the Intellectual Property Department within the Legal Department
Qualifications
Possess a Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
At least 6 to 7 years of experience in the copyright enforcement activity in a legal department of a multi-national company, both in a global worldwide and Asia Pacific context
Skilled in the drafting and negotiation of POA\xe2\x80\x99s, settlement agreements and other contracts.
Fluent in French & English as this role would require to liaise with the European counterparts
