  • Adecco is partnering our client, a Famous Tech MNC
  • We are looking for a Legal Counsel
  • The role will start out as a contract
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to financial services, including but not limited to payment regulations and data protection laws.
  • Experience in conducting legal research and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
  • Familiar with Laws and regulations and legal advise, reviewing contracts, product launch, general legal day to day activities
  • Tech/Finance/Fintech industry experience would be a plus

  • Provide legal counsel and guidance on regulatory matters affecting company\'s payments and financial services businesses in Singapore.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal and compliance strategies for new and existing products.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and vendors to safeguard company\'s interests.
