Adecco is partnering our client, a Famous Tech MNC
We are looking for a Legal Counsel
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

Bachelor\'s degree in Law or equivalent.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to financial services, including but not limited to payment regulations and data protection laws.
Experience in conducting legal research and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
Familiar with Laws and regulations and legal advise, reviewing contracts, product launch, general legal day to day activities
Tech/Finance/Fintech industry experience would be a plus

Provide legal counsel and guidance on regulatory matters affecting company\'s payments and financial services businesses in Singapore.
Assist in the development and implementation of legal and compliance strategies for new and existing products.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and vendors to safeguard company\'s interests.
