Job Description
Our client in the Real Estate industry is looking for a Legal Counsel/ Senior to join the team!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing dispute resolution advice and legal support to our business teams as they engage companies (in industries at the forefront of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s economic development) to advise them on construction, infrastructure and facility management matters.
- Attend to legal needs of corporate services, development and engineering services groups, including tender and procurement matters, as part of the broader effort to create a dynamic industrial landscape in Singapore.
- Advise and work on general real estate, commercial and corporate transaction issues.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor degree in law and/or equivalent and admitted to the Singapore Bar with 4 years of PQE.
- Prior experience in construction law and real estate industry is advantageous.
- Experience in handling dispute resolution work.
- Independent and able to work in a team.
