Support and work with the company's other departments on a range of legal and corporate issues.
Keep up to date, ensure compliance with company’s policies and statutory regulations
Advise on privacy and data protection matters
Assist with in-house secretarial matters.
Providing legal services and maintaining and coordinating contract administration
Prepare, draft, negotiate and advise on all aspects of customer/ supplier/ license/ distributor/ non-disclosure agreements
Assist with contract drafting/vetting and negotiation across the various business units
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Law or related field
Minimum 2 years or relevant experience
Excellent legal & contract analytical skills with a good eye for detail
Excellent drafting capabilities and negotiation/ communication skills
Familiar with Singapore’s Manpower Regulations is an advantage
