Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow is looking for a Legal Executive to join our Finance & Projects practice group. The ideal candidate would have more than 1 year of experience in international law firm(s), with experience in corporate tax structuring, tax litigation, corporate refinancing, insolvency and equity capital markets. We want individuals who can combine an impressive academic track record with excellent technical skills. Personal qualities are also important to us, so we are keen on people who take initiative, are committed to excellence, and are good problem solvers. We also want people who are comfortable working in teams where friendship is valued.
