About Our Client
Our client is a publicly listed global electronics firm that is a household name and market leader in the industry. With over 50,000 employees globally, they are looking for a strong legal manager to join their team.
This role will be based in Singapore, with a regional scope and reports directly to the CFO. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents and transactions
- Providing legal advice to various business units in daily operations
- Monitor regulatory trends and ensure that operations are compliant
- Developing and implementing the contract management system
- Facilitate the development of business strategies from a legal standpoint
The Successful Applicant
You have a law degree and have at least 3 years of experience in corporate / commercial matters. Prior experience in a technology / electronics firm will be an advantage. You are a team player, detail-oriented and have strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders and manage their interests.
