Support a team of lawyers in administrative functions
Preparation of legal documents including audio and copy typing of emails, letters, faxes and correspondence as requested
Management of the outlook calendars and diaries aside travel schedule
Organise internal and external meetings, conference calls and video links, whenever required
Liaise with clients and guests in a professional manner on the telephone and via written correspondence
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma in Business studies or related field of discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
