Job Description
- We are looking for a Paralegal.
- Office location: Central-West
The Talent
- 1-2+ years of work experience.
- Prior experience working in a law firm /company inhouse.
- Familiarity with laws relating to general corporate and commercial, privacy, anti-corruption, consumer protection.
- Resourceful, ability to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent at work while being able to work collaboratively at working levels.
- Ability to reply succinctly regarding systems and processes.
- Self-motivated with a positive work attitude.
- Good communication skills (written and oral).
Legal:
- Helpdesk for all legal administration and file management
- Review standard template documents, assist in the preparation and approval of contracts for signature
- Review marketing materials and advertisements (online, offline etc)
- Schedule meetings and prepareweekly report on systems/work
- Management of the Company\'s compliance program including:
- General administration of compliance program;
- Assist with the preparation of employee compliance training;
- Conducting searches and relevant approvals, etc.
- Update and implement business policies to ensure compliance with Singapore laws.
- Monitoring of legal developments and trends.
