Job Description


What the role is:This position is for a fixed contract term.

  • Assess investigation papers for evidential sufficiency and make prosecutorial recommendations
  • Conduct prosecutions on behalf of the HSA
  • Render legal advice on regulatory matters and public law to the four Professional Groups in HSA
  • Work with colleagues from other departments to formulate regulatory policy
Job Requirement
  • At least 3 years PQE with relevant experience in prosecutorial and advisory work
  • Ideally with some trial experience and able to assist with trials upon joining
