Our client
A leading company in the marine sector is looking for a Senior Counsel based in the West of Singapore.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts especially for large projects involving PPP
- Able to handle senior level stakeholders from all parties
- Manage claims or disputes and handle external counsels
- Law degree from a reputable university.
- Called to the Singapore bar.
- 8+ years PQE in legal firm or in-house
- Experience in marine/ offshore/ construction would be advantageous
