Deploy Triton Digital's solutions (streaming, advertising, measurement) and ensure proper integration within client environments
Perform Re-installs for clients that need rebuilds
Work closely with Project Managers on the installation schedules and status reports
Ensure proper handoff to Support team through implementation documentation and training
Assist Support team with handling a limited amount of low complexity issues and tickets that pertain to implementations
Requirements
Experience in supporting IT (MS Windows OS - Server and Desktop environments) (required)
Very detail oriented and excellent attention to detail.
Good knowledge in audio hardware and software (required)
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
Good written and verbal communication skills in a second language (an asset)
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent ability to think outside the box to improve efficiency and effectiveness in processes
Good organization and collaboration skills
