Technical

\xc2\xb7 JAVA/J2EE

\xc2\xb7 Websphere/Tomcat/JBOSS

\xc2\xb7 ORACLE PL/SQL

\xc2\xb7 COBOL

\xc2\xb7 UNIX / LINUX /WINDOWS skills i.e. navigating, scripting etc

\xc2\xb7 TIBCO EMS/ TIBCO BW/ TIBCO ADMIN/ MFT / BC / IBM MQ

\xc2\xb7 ITSM tool: Service Now

\xc2\xb7 Sharepoint

\xc2\xb7 Database performance & SQL tuning experience is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Good technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Functional

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of payments, local clearing systems, H2H concept and applications, reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of stop list filtering, AML, social engineering etc.

\xc2\xb7 Working grasp of double posting accounting treatment.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding and experience in ITIL concepts.

\xc2\xb7 Possess good analytical skill and self-motivated

Behavioural

\xc2\xb7 Good team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Results and client oriented.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimal supervision but with a keen sense to escalate timely and appropriately.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent people management and communication skills.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 University Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.

\xc2\xb7 Good command of spoken and written English. Working command of spoken and written Mandarin is preferable. Working command of spoken Cantonese is an advantage.

Experience

\xc2\xb7 Strong experience in and preference for application production support.

\xc2\xb7 Strong technical background in web based applications support on JAVA/J2EE/TIBCO platform and/or COBOL platform.

\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience in supporting payments, local clearing applications and payment filtering and AML in APAC region.
