\xc2\xb7 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 7.30am to 4.30pm / 8.00am to 5.00pm / 9.00am to 6.00pm)

\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99A\xe2\x80\x99 Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel
\xc2\xb7 Comfortable working in cold room environment and climbing stairs to retrieve/return records
Inventorisation of archival records
\xc2\xb7 Retrieve/shelve and stocktake records in the repository, with accompanying NLB staff.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in the processing of records for inventorisation and verify the records against their listings.
\xc2\xb7 Annotate the listings in case of discrepancies. Where listings are unavailable, type listings.
\xc2\xb7 Affix barcode labels on the records and/or their boxes.
\xc2\xb7 Enter the record metadata and scan the barcode numbers in the softcopy inventorisation template.
\xc2\xb7 Identify and indicate errors in the data entered in the inventorisation templates.
